Tiffany Ahern's path to opening Ahern Aesthetics wasn't a straight line. It was a decade of building, growing, and learning what truly matters in aesthetic care.
After founding her first med spa in Encinitas, California she grew the franchise to over 10 locations. Tiffany had built something most practitioners only dream of. But along the way, she noticed something missing. The personal connection that makes aesthetic care truly transformative.
She stepped back from the boardroom and into the treatment room, earning her Master Esthetician license and returning to what she loves most: the one on one relationship with a client, the careful consultation, the treatment that actually changes how someone feels about themselves.

Dr. Matt Ahern, D.O.
Dr. Matt Ahern brings a rare combination of emergency medicine expertise, academic distinction, and a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics industry to his role at Ahern Aesthetics and Wellness.
Over a 20-year career, he has held academic appointments at the University of Utah, the Cleveland Clinic, and Scripps Health, where he trained hundreds of physicians and lectured internationally. He also oversees medical spas across the country, giving him an unmatched perspective on what truly exceptional aesthetic care looks like.
His approach combines a strong clinical foundation with a focus on wellness and individualized care. This perspective naturally led him to aesthetic medicine and to building Ahern Aesthetics alongside Tiffany.
